We go through the grieving process for all life losses: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance. It may be grief due to the death of a loved one or the death of a life dream. Unresolved grief can lead to financial, relational, work place, and physical health issues. I can help you navigate through these stages and move forward.
